At Abrar Tyres, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, not installed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and documentation intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Any product returned after the 30-day window.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted under promotional offers.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
1.​ Check your bank account again.
2.​ contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially
posted.
3.​ Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.​

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact
us at mail@abrartyres.com with proof of damage. Once approved, send your item to the
appropriate outlet based on your location.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
